			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Reform Party of Texas is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Organizing Chairman for Cooke County, Mr. Kevin Still.  <span>Kevin Still is a father,  husband, and Veteran of the United States Army. He has spent the last 19  years in the surveying and engineering fields as well as just enjoying  outdoor activities with his family.  He ran for office for the first time as an independent in 2010 where he and his network of volunteers collected over 38,000 petition signatures to get him on the ballot.  While it was shy of the 45,000 needed, it was very impressive to see a first-time candidate make such a strong showing.  We look forward to working with Kevin to Reform Texas government!<br />
